Magnetic Separators 1 Stage are high-performance magnetic separation systems designed for removing ferrous contaminants from various bulk materials. Our Model MMC Magnetic Separator 1 Stage is constructed with a strong Square Pipe Frame and integrated with high-power N-52 Grade Magnets generating a powerful magnetic field of 11000 to 12000 Gauss. It features a PU (Polyurethane) White Food Grade Belt with 0.8 MM thickness, ensuring safe and hygienic operation in food-grade environments. With a Magnetic Pulley of 150 MM Diameter and a Belt Width of 1500 MM, it achieves a capacity of 2 Ton/HR, making it ideal for continuous, high-throughput separation processes.
