Magnetic Separators 2 Stage are highly efficient dual-stage magnetic separation systems engineered to extract fine and coarse ferrous contaminants from dry bulk materials. Our Model MMC Magnetic Separator 2 Stage is built on a rigid Square Pipe Frame and incorporates powerful N-52 Grade Magnets capable of delivering a strong magnetic force ranging from 11000 to 12000 Gauss. Fitted with a PU (Polyurethane) White Food Grade Belt of 0.8 MM thickness and a 150 MM Diameter Magnetic Pulley, this system is ideal for high-capacity operations up to 7–8 Ton/HR. It is equipped with a 2 HP Geared Motor and a 0.5 HP Vibro Motor ensuring smooth material handling and precise separation.
